Mr. Flanders worked at the Boston personal injury law firm of Ashcraft and Gerel, LLP, where he was the managing partner.

Mr. Flanders is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys.
